Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Announcement

Chiropractors at MDR Advanced Medical Associates

Our community has been through a lot over the last few months, and all of us are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your health and safety. We have been open and on the frontlines committed to serving our patients since the onset of this virus.

We have been advised by the Governor that we can now resume normal operating procedures and hours. Therefore, as of June 1st, we will resume our normal hours as follows: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9:00am – 7:00pm and Thursday 9:00am – 5:00pm. We break for lunch at 12:00.

We continue to adhere to the CDC’s guidelines for sanitation of Outpatient Care Centers. In addition to these directives, we also continue to do the following:

  • Upon arrival, you will not be required to sign in on our kiosk. We will do that for you.
  • We have hand sanitizer that we ask you to use when you enter the office or you may wash your hands at the sink immediately upon entering the office. You will also find sanitizer in the reception area and other places in the office for you to use as needed.
  • We are regularly sanitizing and disinfecting common areas, doors and door handles, waiting areas, and front desk workspace, including all patient folders and common touch points. Similarly, consistent with our standard practices, our treatment rooms including tables and chairs are being disinfected after each patient visit with alcohol-based products; Our office is professionally sanitized regularly, and a Triad Aer Purifier with a photo catalytic oxidation cell is used to help reduce the amount of airborne bacteria and viruses.
  • We are scheduling patient appointments in a manner to decrease the number of patients in our office at any one time. Please limit the amount of guests that accompany you to your appointment. For your convenience, we will continue to offer telehealth consultations for those patients who have concerns or questions about their symptoms or proper at-home protocols.
  • When arriving at MDR, we ask that you continue maintain 6 feet of space between you and other patients and staff, however, we recognize this is not possible between you and your healthcare provider.
  • All staff members are wearing protective masks. ALL patients should wear some type of facial mask/covering when entering our office.

Our promise continues to be that we will always act in the best interest of our patient’s health and safety. Your good health is our greatest concern. We appreciate your loyalty and thank you for your patience, understanding, and trust as we navigate these current issues.

In Health,

Dr. Mark DiRoma, Dr. Noah Riegel & The MDR Healthcare Team
